On Warm Natural Inflation and Planck 2018 Constraints

چکیده
We investigate natural inflation with non-minimal coupling to gravity, characterized either by a quadratic or periodic term, within the warm paradigm during slow-roll stage, in both strong and weak dissipation limits; show that, case of T-linearly dependent dissipative it can accommodate spectral index ns tensor-to-scalar ratio r observables given Planck 2018 constraints, albeit too-small value e-folding number solve horizon problem, providing, thus, only partial solution issues, assuming T-cubically term provide this issue.

Planck 2015 results - XX. Constraints on inflation
We present the implications for cosmic inflation of the Planck measurements of the cosmic microwave background (CMB) anisotropies in both temperature and polarization based on the full Planck survey, which includes more than twice the integration time of the nominal survey used for the 2013 release papers. The Planck full mission temperature data and a first release of polarization data on larg...
متن کاملStrong Planck constraints on braneworld and non-commutative inflation
Abstract. We place observational likelihood constraints on braneworld and non-commutative inflation for a number of inflaton potentials, using Planck, WMAP polarization and BAO data. Both braneworld and non-commutative scenarios of the kind considered here are limited by the most recent data even more severely than standard general-relativity models. At more than 95% confidence level, the monom...
متن کاملConstraints on Natural Inflation from Cosmic Microwave
We study constraints on the natural inflation model from the cosmic microwave background radiation (CMBR). Inflaton φ for the natural inflation has a potential of the form V = Λ4[1− cos(φ/ √ 2fφ)], which is parametrized by two parameters fφ and Λ. Various cosmological quantities, like the primordial curvature perturbation and the CMBR anisotropy, are determined as functions of these two paramet...
متن کاملWarm Inflation
Abstract: I show here that there are some interesting differences between the predictions of warm and cold inflation models focusing in particular upon the scalar spectral index ns and the tensor-to-scalar ratio r. The first thing to be noted is that the warm inflation models in general predict a vanishingly small value of r. Cold inflationary models with the potential V = M4 (φ/MP) p and a num...
متن کاملWarm Inflation Dissipative Dynamics
Warm inflation dynamics is reviewed. Results on dissipative scalar field dynamics relevant to warm inflation are examined and estimates of radiation production are given.
